Great experience, no pressure, relaxed approach. No movement on price but then again the car was very competitive when compared with others on Autotrader. The car was correctly prepared for collection. I would certainly recommend.

My wife & I both wanted to change our cars and this garage had been recommended to me by a friend. We were not disappointed. There was ample stock to browse covering just what we were after ie a Mini and a BMW X1 or GT series. We dealt with Christian and he was extremely polite, helpful and everything was done when he said it would be. We collected our 2 new cars on Friday and both of us left there very happy. We would highly recommend this garage and Christian as a contact.

The car was immaculate

Having seen the car on Autotrader, I called for a viewing, Christian was the guy i dealt with, made a change from the stereotypical pot bellied used car salesman, in a white polyester shirt, and dodgy tie. Seriously he was great, made everything so easy, I have already had the road tax refund from my old car, and received the log book after only 3 days. The car was immaculate upon collection and actually had some fuel in the tank. Overall i would rate this as possibly my best car buying experience to date, I'm old so have had a fair few experiences over the years, some bad some good. The complete polar opposite of the experience my wife had recently from Availablecar, where all we got were apologies, and no attempt to put things right. I can't recommend Senior cars high enough. 100% satisfaction, thank's Christian you made it easy and delivered on every promise. Also the follow up email and phone call to see if everything was to my satisfaction was a nice and reassuring touch. The car is a 2017 BMW 5 Series.
